Requirements for admission to Lewis Manor Independent Living Apts:
- Must be at least 50 years of age or older
- Able to pay Monthly rent plus deposit
- Able to secure own utilities including water, electric, and gas
Independent Living is just that, Independent! We provide lawn care, light maintenance, and access to a laundry/entertainment room all free of charge for people age 50+.
